VC Artist Nancy Zhou Appointed Resident Faculty at Tianjin Juilliard

The Tianjin Juilliard School (TJS) has welcomed VC Artist Nancy Zhou as its new resident faculty. Beginning in the 2026 academic year, she will be teaching Tianjin Juilliard’s Graduate Studies program and Pre-College division.

As the first performing arts institution in China to confer a U.S.-accredited Master of Music degree from the Juilliard School, the TSJ comprises a Saturday Pre-College for students ages 8-18, public education programs and performances, plus advanced studies for professional musicians and teachers.

“The Tianjin Juilliard School is a true beacon of multiculturalism and a vital cultural voice in today’s world,” Nancy said. “I’m deeply honored to become part of this vibrant community, and together with students and colleagues, we will continue to explore critical thinking and the profound power of music to express our shared humanity.”
